This England centre-back has impress for Crystal Palace despite a summer move to Liverpool falling through. With his deal set to expire in the close season, January is the club's final opportunity to secure a fee for their captain. Numerous top clubs, such as Manchester City and several European giants like Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich, are believed to hold an interest. Yet, a January exit remains unlikely, especially given the manager's dependence on the player.

Brennan Johnson

The Welsh forward has found starting minutes limited at Tottenham this campaign. Although finishing as the side's leading goalscorer last season, Johnson has started just a handful of league games. This veteran Germany shot-stopper is now as third-choice at Barça following new manager Hansi Flick. After fallen out of favour and had an operation, a January exit seems highly probable. Villa were once linked as a potential destination, but that move now appears unlikely. Instead, interest from Saudi Arabia and Turkey are thought to be showing interest in the keeper.
